Now that the fall is here and the winter is fast approaching, I’ve received a lot of questions on how keep warm without losing your style. Hence, I wanted to provide you with a few styling tips.
Firstly, get an amazing coat that will go with almost anything in your winter wardrobe. Since most of my winter wardrobe is neutral or dark colors, I wanted my coat to add a pop of color to my look. Recently, I discovered this amazing Canadian brand, CMFR, and founds its coats are warm and stylish, and the quality is out of this world! I opted for this crimson red avenue parka, which kept me cozy and warm throughout the day. As for the rest of my cozy wardrobe, I like to opt for knee high boots and knits. Here, I am wearing a knitted skirt and top. Lastly, get a pair of semi-thick and opaque stalkings that will keep you warm if wearing skirts and boots. I believe the most important staple to carry you through the winter is a well-made and warm coat. I personally am a huge fan of CMFR because of its style and high-quality.
This shoot was done in Manhattan (Uptown) right across Central Park, which I recommend if you visit New York during the fall. I hope you found my styling tips on how to keep warm without losing your style helpful. Until next time, from New York with love!
